Financial services professional Benjamin Alderson has served as Senior Area Manager of deVere USA, Inc., since 2012. A graduate of Durham University, United Kingdom, Benjamin Alderson stays connected to his alma mater through its alumni association, the Dunelm Society.

In May of 1866, the first Durham University alumni association was established in London. To mark the 150th anniversary of alumni relations at the school, the Dunelm Society is holding a series of celebratory events throughout the year. The group hosted alumni receptions at the Tower of London and Apsley House in March and April and is now looking ahead to several upcoming events, including a special dinner at London’s Guildhall in November.

The Dunelm Society and Durham University’s Development and Alumni Relations Office is also asking alumni around the world to take part in the celebration by organizing events in their local area or by providing volunteer support to the University. Additionally, Durham alumni can engage with their alma mater by attending one of the many lectures, seminars, or events held on the school’s campus each year.
